The general terms and conditions of sale of wordImpact describe the procedure for purchasing translation services. In brief, please note the following:

According to the industry standards, my translation prices are based on a rate per word of source language (the French or English text to be translated). This rate depends on the difficulty ​of the text, the deadline and the type of file. If a word count is too time consuming (e.g. PDF document), an hourly rate will be applied.

To give you an idea, my standard rate is 0.14 Euro per word, and 0.15 Euro per word for a document with specialised terminology. My hourly rate is 50 Euros.

My standard rate for proofreading is 0.07 Euro per word or 50 Euros per hour, depending on the quality of the translation. The minimum fee per order is 35 Euros.

 

These rates are provided for information purposes only. For a firm quotation, please contact me and don't forget to attach the document to be translated. My quotation will be guaranteed for three months and will detail my services, total costs and the necessary time for the translation. Standard payment terms are 30 days from invoice date. You can pay per bank transfer or by cheque.
